I would add that continuous training is a fundamental element that allows you to adapt to your environment because the positions in the supply chain are constantly evolving. The advice I can give to young women today is to be organised to better manage the company’s flows, to be reactive to identify risks and unforeseen events while respecting delivery deadlines, and above all to have a positive attitude.
The main daily challenges are to be attentive to the customers’ needs and to propose efficient solutions that reduce costs and meet delivery deadlines. And finally, ensure flow monitoring. The support that SMT gives me is trust, recognition of the work done by encouraging initiative, support and guidance from managers to make the best decisions on different projects.
