SMT Senegal participates in SIM Senegal 2023.
This year again SMT Senegal, as a supplier of equipment Volvo Construction Equipment, Volvo Trucks, Hitachi Mining, SDLG and Dongfeng, is taking part in the SIM Senegal show in Dakar from 3 to 5 October 2023 and will host stand N10-11.
The SIM Senegal is a major event in the mining sector that brings together national and international industry players. More than 80 exhibitors, 96 speakers and 900 participants from 30 different countries will take part in this event.
As a participant in this event, SMT Senegal will have the opportunity to present its products, services and innovations in the mining sector. This will allow them to interact with other industry professionals, build potential partnerships and increase their market visibility. SIM Senegal attracts a unique and diverse range of mining players from the following industries: mining services, exploration and production, associations, international and national governments, lawyers, consultants, transport, logistics, finance, banking and educational organizations.
SIM Senegal also offers an ideal platform to share best practices, discuss the challenges and opportunities of the mining sector in Senegal and the region.
The main theme of SIM Senegal 2023 will be ‘Geosciences and responsible exploitation of mineral resources: challenges and opportunities for economic and social development’, the three-day conference and co-location exhibition will present the Senegalese government’s mining strategy and focus on new developments and investments for the continued growth and expansion of the Senegalese mining sector.
