Who is it suited to? – Already skilled Operators, with the aim to increase their awareness and fine-tune their skills.
What are the requirements? – A suitable machine, working area, and a meeting room with a large screen (if theory is to be included).
How much time is required? – A full day – up to 8 hours, depending on the number of attendees.
What are the minimum/maximum numbers? – Maximum, 8 skilled operators per course.
Is each course for 1 machine only? – The course can be tailored with a mix of product lines or topics.
SMT Advanced Operator Familiarisation
Where a rather condensed standard Operator Familiarisation may feel like information overload, Advanced Operator Familiarisation consists of a daily walkaround refresher, with the main focus on using and understanding the important features of the Volvo machine, empowering Operators to unleash a machine’s full potential for efficiency and productivity.
