Volvo CE Standard Warranty
All new Volvo machinery comes with Volvo CE Standard Warranty, which covers parts/components that become unfit for use during the warranty period due to defects in material or workmanship. Volvo CE Standard Warranty is valid for a period of 2,500 operating hours or twelve (12) months, whichever occurs first. The warranty starts from the date of delivery, of new Volvo CE machines to the first end-user.
Volvo CE Parts Warranty
Genuine Volvo CE Parts/Components, factory remanufactured components, accessories, and special tools, are subject to a 6,000 operating hours or twenty-four (24) months warranty (whichever occurs first) from the date of installation by an authorized Volvo CE workshop like SMT, or from the date of purchase if the parts/components have been bought over the counter. For batteries, the warranty period is 3 years from the date of purchase.
Genuine Volvo parts bought over the counter or through MySMT are covered by the Volvo CE Parts Warranty. The warranty covers only the material (parts) cost when the part/component is installed somewhere other than an authorized Volvo CE workshop
When parts are replaced/repaired by an authorised workshop, like SMT, the warranty covers both material (parts), labour, travel, and mileage when the installation concerned is carried out by an authorized Volvo CE workshop.
Extended Warranties for Volvo CE Machinery
SMT Great Britain offers extended warranties for Volvo CE machinery at extra cost for complete peace of mind up to 10,000 operating hours or five (5) years (whichever occurs first) from date of delivery (basic and full coverage).

Dynapac Warranty
Dynapac Standard Factory Warranty
Dynapac standard factory warranty covers new machinery for 2,000 operating hours, or twenty-four (24) months, whichever occurs first. Dynapac standard factory warranty includes labour, parts, travel, and mileage from the date of machine delivery to the first end-user.
Dynapac Parts Warranty
Genuine Dynapac parts are covered by 1,000 operating hours, or a six (6) months warranty, whichever occurs first. Dynapac parts warranty also covers the cost of labour and parts if the repair is completed by SMT, an authorised Dynapac equipment dealer.
